K2 SKIS DESIGN PITCH

“Love the process!” -K2 SKIS

For this design, I wanted to pay homage to K2 athletes and their diverse styles. To do that, I illustrated 24 K2 athletes mid trick.

I also wanted to highlight the categories at the front (top sheet) of the skis. The left ski feature 5 freestyle tricks and a skier carrying skis on their shoulder, while the right ski features 5 all mountain/backcountry tricks and a skier hiking with skis strapped to a backpack, using poles for the climb.

The result is REPERTOIRE, an all mountain – freestyle ski that pays homage to the skills K2 skiers have within their respective categories.
